Waiting for my bridge and three new neighbors’ homes to be built. Iron nuggets might as well be called gold at this point. I’ve been spending miles on tickets just to go to random islands to farm for them.

I didn't get any issues naming my place Pen Island and I've even visited others in this thread via online and my island name shows up on arrival and on bulletin board posts lol.

 

I've weirdly been striking a lot of gold and iron lately. It almost seems like the only time I get a lot is when I don't really need them, and when I do, it becomes a huge pain.

 

I have no idea how I didn't see that present on the ground lol. It had 1,000 bells in it!

 

Ahh I hate how you need a flimsy axe to get three pieces of wood from a tree, otherwise you just chop it down on the third swing. Am I missing anything?

 

Is anyone here actually spending an exorbitant amount of money on fancy looking bridges when the bamboo ones are pretty damn expensive on their own? Also, lol: totally assumed you place ladders on ledges instead of using them as a tool so I made 3 for no good reason

Also, do money trees only work once? I feel like I've had several disappear after a day
