i tried customizing the magazine furniture and it let me pick the category (food, music, etc). so adorable

 

What is a hot item

 

Go to the shop and talk to timmy or tommy and they will have a daily item that sells for double, each day a diff item

Forgot to share earlier, but if anyone didn’t already know this digging holes trick when harvesting from rocks, make sure you do it from now on.

Digging two holes behind the position you want to hit the rock from will stop you from being pushed back and be able to net you 8 resources each time.

I find I also get a higher percentage of nuggets when doing this in most instances.

Yeah realized that rock resources are time based just like the money rock

 

So crumbled and started this. No idea how any of this works, it's my first Animal Crossing game.

THE MUSEUM IS OMG

 

Visited my first island and met the wolf named after that old lady, invited her to join, and she isn't here... did I fuck up and leave her or something???

 

Man, people make their islands so pretty and organized, meanwhile I'm just stationing tents and planting trees in the most random ass locations hah

 

Ive so far invited 3 islanders to come live with me today and i assume it takes a day or so for them to arrive?

 

I'm still looking for cherries and oranges if anyone can share some. I have pears to give lol

 

Also my console keeps telling me my left joycon has a low battery even though I had it charging for half the day.
