I almost impulsively bought this game for my wife and I yesterday until I read that you can only have one island per switch... dumb. And even if we did it co-op, apparently player 2 is hindered a bit? Guess we’re not getting it. Haha.
Player 2 is only hindered in that the "prime" resident is the one who puts down the villager houses and stuff, but everyone has the same amount of features when they play. Player 2 is only hindered when you're playing at the exact same time, sharing the screen - when you play on your own profile, it's essentially the same experience for everyone on the Switch.
also just realized that day was my birthday. Dom, Nana were the guests and Sprinkle was the host. Fun day.

Thinking about starting this up but on July 1, the last day I didn’t play this game. If I pull it off maybe it’ll be like nothing had happened and I can speed through all the seasonal stuff I missed?
I want to start playing this again but whenever I play I end up only being on for like 15 minutes cause I have no motivation to do anything. We need a good update soon
