Yeah they have to be online and have their island open to friends or someone has to share their islands Dodo code with you.

If you go to the first post in this thread, there are a bunch of friend codes listed there. I'm sure people would add you back if you added some codes from it!

I think you have to have 60 fish/bugs/fossils donated to the museum first.
