i am convinced the game hates me because I cant get the basketball high tops in game anymore

they are never in the sisters shop

I randomly hit a villager with a net once and it just so happened they had a flea. Only time I’ve tried

 

If you talk to the villager and they tell you they're itchy - hit em with that net!
