Opened my island up for half an hour and out of 20ppl I only got 20k bells and 3 nmt.

Help me get better at this @loudasallgetout lol

 

You gotta charge a fee but make it lower than average so people actually come lol people will join even with a fee if there are less people in the queue than on every other island

 

Well my friend usually just asks for tips and gets at least 20 nmt lol I wish I had longer to set up a path to nooks cranny, still it was 20 people and only 3 tipped at all. Next time I’ll just ask for 1 nmt or something, blah.

 

Ah that sucks :( try charging 1 NMT next time, I bet you’ll have better luck
