Just checked my island eval and still 4 star. Isabelle tells me there is a "teeny tiny" complaint and it is that too many items are lying around. I don't have shit lying around the fuck you want me to do. Do items and DIY on tables count?
Same. I mean, the only reason I want a 5-star rating is for the Golden watering can so I can get golden roses but at this rate I won’t even be getting blue roses so whatever haha. Although @loudasallgetout was nice enough today to help me get a lot closer, so we’ll see...

Is there any real functional reason to have a 5-star island after getting the Golden Watering Can beyond *having* a 5-star island?
Your island can grow the Lily of the Valley only when you are at 5 stars. That's how I first found out I got 5 stars. I randomly found one growing. But then I put too much stuff on the ground so I haven't grown another one in a long time.
