Just made a scavenger hunt assignment for my students with Animal Crossing villagers. Haha.

 

I used 7 NMT and I couldn’t find a villager I liked so that was disappointing.

Does anyone want a bunch of hybrid red roses that are capable of making any other colour of rose? I'm scaling down my flower breeding operation and have a lot of good flowers to get rid of.

 

Are they the right hybrid reds to possibly get a blue? If so, I'll definitely take them off your hands.

Did you make the red hybrids out of orange and purple roses? I’m like stuck on this stage, my roses are making every color except red and blue

Not of roses. i haven't even begun any lily, pansy or mum breeding yet so if you have anything that could help give me a head start, that would be great :)

Anyone else having horrible luck trying to spawn green mums? These yellow hybrids haven’t spawned a single thing since I planted them so I think I did something wrong.

 

Your hybrid yellows should make hybrid purples which have a better chance of making greens. That's how I did it. I've still only been able to get one green though in a few weeks of trying.

 

Need to get rid of these turnips today before I go crazy

 

I also have this patch that’s been growing wildly, the purples to my left are made from the yellows. I’ve been periodically digging out empty spots for new flowers to bloom. I think I’m almost there!

 

Also those yellows in the tweet haven’t made literally ANYTHING. Even after being watered daily. I’m so confused.

 

I'd try to plant them in a different area where they have more space to breed and see if that helps. I've been using the checkerboard which has worked well for me. I know there other recommendations online though.

 

Kinda weird but is anyone else having issues growing trees? I planted an orchard and like a quarter of them matured to full trees, but the rest are just staying saplings. I'm moving them around, swapping with the mature ones, to see if it helps any, maybe it's just certain spots can't grow trees? I made sure there's at least one space around each and they're not near cliffs or water.

 

Yeah I had that issue. No idea what caused it. My fix was to just grow the trees somewhere else and them move them into your orchard once they are fully grown.

 

i had this issue in the beginning and i was just planting them too close to one another. i think trees can be planted closer to one another once theyre fully grown, but require a lil more space to grow from saplings into trees.
