thanks! the island is completely unfinished except for the village area. I plan to add more spooky things to the island to match the cryptid forrest.

 

Oh nice haha. Mine is the same way. I just recently moved all the houses (after previously moving them prior to that). Hopefully I can start to get some ideas on what I want to do.

 

I always look at an AC group for inspiration, but always get frustrated from lack of creativity lmao

So, my wife just started this last week and got the campsite yesterday. She went to check who the visitor is and said "oh, great. I got this grumpy looking cat in glasses". She got Raymond completely by accident. lol

 

Make the whole island have nice views but all rooms have closed shutters or no windows at all

 

Make sure she doesn’t give him anything other than wood and fruit lol

I mean, if you ever give him away people will want him to have all the original stuff in his house and not clothes they don’t like? You could probably get like 50m bells and 500nmt for him.

I have a friend whose turnip prices are 333. Not sure if i should settle or wait.

 

Realized I didn’t like half my island and now I’m on my third round of terraforming. It’s just so hard to make the areas around villagers houses look nice

 

I concentrated all my villagers houses into a small neighborhood. I almost feel like the island is too big, I have no idea what to put in all the dead space.

I have an area with a soccer field, the tea cup ride, and all the playground stuff. Still so much dead space haha

I’ve been watching island tour videos and I could never do anything as good as them lol
