Yeah, just looked it up, and from what I can tell, after you've had a campsite villager there's a 0% chance of one appearing for three days, but then by six days later it rises to (and stays at) a 20% chance you'll get a campsite villager... so yeah, you apparently have just been extremely unlucky and keep not hitting that 1 in 5 chance :(

 

That’s wild, I’ve had one almost every week. They almost always suck, though.

people on animal crossing twitch are crazy because this dude has done over 537 trips for one villager

 

you can find groups and literally just pay for a villager, I don’t see why people don’t go that route if you REALLY want a certain villager

 

to be fair he’s a relatively popular person in the nintendo community so I’m sure it makes it easier when all his followers give him tickets and also he can make an entire twitch stream doing that and focus more on chat.

 

Now that I’ve seen the credits roll I feel a little less inclined to pick this up and play daily. Even though nothing has changed. Idk. This is the only thing I’ve played since it came out and I’ve played for a few hours a day at least.

that is what happened to me besides me using the terraform every day for like an hour I have no incentive to play because I miss all the celeste chances and times to trade with most folk here on chorus
