I'm reading how terribly prepared they are for coronavirus haha, but I don't think they are closed. I could be wrong. They just announced they are releasing Doom a day early so i'd imagine they are open.
The gamestop in my town is open. Amazon pushed back my pre-order so I cancelled and pre-ordered at GameStop. They're not allowing more than 10 people in the store at a time including staff.
for me this is like the videogame when i want to escape videogames. normally there’s always a goal, or a story to follow, or something to think about AC is pretty much just me messing around and doing whatever - buying and moving furniture around, designing ugly shirts, and reading so bad it’s good dialogs. like there’s really no pressure to finish things and you can play it at any pace you want, which i appreciate a lot. idk it’s just chill and fun and slow
Yes, you're so right zig. I think our community makes the game a ton more enjoyable too, which is really the tipping point for me when I really think about it. I just found out a couple freelance gigs I do are finally sending me my money they owe me so I may just digitally pre-purchase it i'll see how crazy i'm feeling in a few hours.
def did not anticipate the game having this many fans in the forum. when the game was announced iirc not a lot of people posted about it. i’ve mostly played solo, but that might change depending on how convenient multiplayer will be in this game i’m so looking forward to AC because I really want to shut off my brain. Slay the Spire, Civ 6 and work burnt me out haha don’t feel pressured to grab it
Never played an AC game before. Bought it for myself and both my kids via digital download. I have no idea what to expect from this game.
