also capitalist nook said building furniture and shit would compliment the aesthetic and visitors would like it, does it actually have an influence? I just built a fire pit and big swing for the camp area.

From what I've heard it's only possible to get an island with your own fruit and the one other kind of fruit that your mother sends you in the game. You have to visit friends to get the rest.

I might be wrong. I hope I'm wrong.

I started with oranges, mom sent me pears, and ONCE found an island with peaches. Only once though, out of a dozen or so islands. It can happen I think it’s just really rare.

I already have Oranges and Apples but I can spare some Pears, I scored over 60 of them on an island last night haha.

I've never sent someone anything in the game though, not sure how to do it tbh. I'll be off work later tonight tho and will try and remember to add your friend code

 

I'm only three days in, but definitely get the miles for more extra bag storage. Get 5 animals for Nook. Pay him off. Buy the tool ring. Those are t he most important things to start with imo

Is there any value in keeping the big pine trees found on cliffs? Or should I cut them all down and replace with fruit trees?
