This is where I’m at too, tbh. Both yesterday and today I’ve ran out of things to do for the most part by early afternoon (besides last night when I felt the need to organize my fruits and this morning spread out more evenly my coconut trees along the beach). Basically just been trying to catch bugs and fish for whenever the off island vendors decide to show up. Which is fine! I don’t mind the gameplay slowing down since it gave us a lot to do essentially from the get go. but yeah I agree i think I’m fine with a two bedroom place right now as I barely have enough furniture I like to use in it currently and not enough DYI recipes to fill it.
Did animal crossing randomly blow up in popularity in like the last 2-3 years or so? I saw this tweet and remembered how stores had to practically give away all the animal crossing amiibo because no one was buying them
the animal crossing memes have all been top tier during this era the mad people at Nintendo actually did it
My brother in law just got his copy in the mail today. He has never been on this website and just named his island...Old Jersey
we are currently in a pandemic and I’m working 50 hours a week plus going to college and SOMEHOW just somehow this game is actually keeping me sane and what a blesssing.
I regret buying them full price and rushing out and getting them all like they were gonna sell out on the first day
I didn’t even bother trying to explain why I thought it was funny “Well okay, there’s this guy that posts on this website. He really likes games that make you start over every time you die...”
I’ve gotten a garbage can from a balloon or a gift from villagers like 3 times now. Feels like someone is trying to tell me something. @oldjersey add me already so I have something to do with these.
damn, i was excited i had a green gorilla there for a moment. now back to worrying he's gonna murder us all because floor insects told him to.
