this is legitimately all I've listened to since discovering it the other night. hopefully Rough Trade has the record because I need it.
There's a really great interview with her in the latest issue of The Music magazine. Go to pages 30/31 to read! https://themusic.com.au/page/the-music-melbourne
still listen regularly. haven't started putting together my EOTY lst but this will be pretty high on there.
Really hope she does a headlining tour in the states next year. Passed on seeing her with Hozier because it was sold out and resale tickets were too expensive.
Need to hop back into this!! Man it’s been tough to keep up this year. Have loved all of the time I’ve spent with it though, killer record
very much the same. had a few friends who were there and the videos they posted on social sounded jaw-droppingly good.
It's really a great record, especially if you are a Lucy Dacus fan. Still heavily wishing she does a headliner in the states in 2020, I feel like she has to at this point.
The Instagram live was good. Thankful that she saved it to watch later. I recorded it and am currently uploading it to YouTube. She covered Bruce Springsteen, Middle Kids, and a beautiful rendition of Lana Del Rey's "Born To Die" among others. EDIT:
Angie performed on World Cafe earlier today! World Cafe Playlist for 04/22/2020 - World Cafe Playlists
Angie will be performing a ticketed livestream concert next Wednesday! Looks like you don’t have to watch it right away either (as it’s at 5AM for me)
The livestream she did last week was very good. She's releasing it as an EP if anyone wants to listen and throw some money her way during these times.
