I honestly don’t think the single is being released today, I would predict an announcement of when the single will be released (next week or week after). Or nothing lol

Be crazy if they just drop the whole album digitally and then have a physical release this summer. I assume vinyl won’t happen until next year.

Yeah I'm thinking next Monday we'll get the single/music video, album title, album release date, and pre orders.

But I'm also thinking that album date won't be until like September to line up with a Fall tour.

This a good point. Artists deserve to be paid for everything they create. I got no problem with this.

 

I've been vocal about weird nostalgia tours with no tangible anniversary except "it's the only way we can draw an audience anymore" but my cynicism has been eroded by the fallout of the pandemic.

Tom took enough money from me as a teenager with Modlife where he would pop on a chat once every 2 months to say hi. I support bands using Patreon like memberships to stay afloat so no issues for Tom doing the same, but I’ll pass on this.

AVA hasn’t been a full time band since 2010 so after this album rollout the membership will turn pretty moot lol.
