Listened to the greatest rock album of all time today.

.....We Don't Need To Whisper

 

At least this seems to have some sort of plan behind it rather than just saying "Coming soon!" twelve times a year on twitter.

 

Y’all gotta be real dedicated to deal with years and years of Tom “blue ball” Delonge empty promises.

 

Woof. That album did not age well at all.

 

Oh I’m sure we will still get the “coming soon” posts for months. I feel like Tom ain’t the type to provide an album release date any time soon. We’ll eventually get the Euphoria single later this month and probably still wait and see for the album.

 

How great would it have been if Tom named the new album “Coming Soon”.

 

Surprisingly, I still enjoy it quite a bit. I-Empire still holds up well too.

WDNTW still reminds me of warm spring/early summer drives when it came out. Good Day hit me pretty hard today.

 

i haven't listened to either in at least two years, but from what i remember, I-Empire was the better of the two.

 

I still really like WDNTW and I-Empire. Still have trouble getting into anything AVA after those two releases though.

Don't know why people still get all upset over this, it's Tom we're talking about! How can anyone take him seriously any more?

 

He’s been doing the same routine for over a decade, don’t think many people are shocked or upset by it these days haha

 

I think a few weeks ago he said he sent in the final mixes to be mastered, so now he meams he's sent in the final masters to be released.

 

I think we all just laugh about it now because it’s legit funny. We all know exactly what he’s going to say. I feel like he knows and he’s in on the joke.

 

He is 100% aware of the joke and feeds it lol

Project Dreamland would be a great album name IMO. I am sure other bands have already done it.

 

Very much prefer Lifeforms. Project Dreamland seems more like an internet thing / fan club type name to me.
