NYC show is gonna be insane!!!
As long as they keep
Do It For Me Now in the set I'll be happy.
I fell off the Angels and Airwaves train after I-Empire. How has their discography compared since then? I believe I listened to Love (both parts) once or twice but just found it way too long-windy and samey-sounding to truly appreciate.
Imo Love was the weakest point. The dream walker and the chasing shadows ep are a breath of fresh air and they really explore the sound.
You can skip Love but TDW is their best album imo
Love 1 is great. Love 2 not so much.
My exact thoughts. I Empire was a downgrade and I lost interested and only listened to Love part 1 once and never again until after TDW was released. TDW got me back into this band and I was blown away how much better they got. I revisited Love part 1 and 2 and do enjoy it now, but still their weakest. Chasing Shadows and Of Mars are great too
LOVE would have been great if it was trimmed down to one 12-13 track album!
Never noticed how much of a tick he has.
Getting so excited for Boston.
Play What Went Wrong!
Yeah...pretty sure that's from all the painkillers he took in his life.
Just got my tickets delivered digitally since we're within 2 weeks of the show... the person who I sold my second ticket to has no SM presence anywhere online with her name or email address so hoping that's not a scam and I get my money from StubHub anyways.
Still mo meet and greet info? Hoping with the tour really kicking off in 2 days the details are released
12/11 - Chicago, IL - Aragon Ballroom opening for Cage the Elephant
I very very unfortunately can't make it to the Boston show anymore so let me know if anyone is interested in a ticket :(
There seemed to be some genuine fans on the AVA Reddit looking for one. Saw a few posts.
How much? I've been searching for awhile?
12/10 - Milwaukee, WI - Eagles Ballroom opening for Cage the Elephant
Still holding onto some hopes of dates in Canada.
Just curious if anyone had settimes or info on who’s opening
Openers are Charming Liars and they sound like an alt pop rock band and then Ilan's project The New Regime which sounds like a basic rock band imo.
Doors for me were 6:30
7:30 Charming Liars
8:15ish The New Regime
So all the resale sites (except Stubhub) have essentially removed tickets to the Boston show. Think the band got some of them back to put on sale today?
If you need some, then I hope so!
The show in Philly tonight was amazing, so glad to see Tom back up on that stage.
