Angel Olsen Invites Us Into A 'Whole New Mess'

 

This is the only other "new" song on the album in case that makes anyone not want to listen.

 

Really good. I was actually hoping she would release on of the “All Mirrors” tracks so we could get a taste of how different they were gonna be. I still haven’t preordered.

 

I think I like this more than All Mirrors tbh. Admittedly, I like that album less than the two before it (it’s still good though obv). If she’s not going to go deeper into the pop leaning stuff on My Woman, I definitely prefer this stripped down sound to the big orchestral stuff going on with All Mirrors.

 

I really love this a lot. And I think i also might Prefer it to All Mirrors, which is probably a hot take. Probably more of a current mood bias.

 

Man, this record. I’m blown away by it still.
