I can't think of anything more fascinating than knowing that Chris Walla is into Andrew W.K.

 

Yeah I am all about this. I hope it's good, I feel like he has such a great message and is a surprisingly articulate and intelligent dude.

 

not super stoked on the single

 

he's doing a solo piano set on stereogum and is just playing some composition by some other composer and i don't think this is real i think he is a robot

Andrew WK is a key god. The best part of seeing him live is his keyboard solos.

 

The muddy / muffled production is such a damn shame on this single. The song would sound so good with I Get Wet’s clean, crisp sound.

 

Yeah, I'm glad the new album is coming, but it makes me feel so old.

 

Ever Again is a banger (and maybe the poppiest thing he’s ever done?)

I both totally can and can't believe that this is 16 songs and 52 minutes long

 

Too much midtempo

 

i actually love his weird midtempo stuff here especially when it gets real queeny

"party mindset" -> "party never dies" feels like the only real dip in this

 

"i don't know anything" is a perfect aggro andrew w.k. song though

 

whereas "break the curse" is practically a devin townsend song
