They have to be getting back together, right? RIGHT??

 

I don’t think so. Andrew has hinted at big tours being over for him after this current one. Maybe a few scattered shows, but I don’t see it growing into something larger.

i, of course, would be thrilled to be wrong!

 

They're going to release three new albums in 2024. Calling it now. SoCo revolution.

 

Big tours over for him, but what about Soco! I’m kidding, but hopeful.

 

It is possible he was referring to AMITW as “he” won’t be touring as much. However, there’s been no indication that the other SoCo dudes are down to do it full time. So, he probably was referring to just himself not touring as much.

But anyone who wants to see SoCo, get prepared for details on the “weekend” with all the bands during the Vegas show. You’ll want to pay attention on 11/11.

 

REALLY hoping I can swing that weekend event. I don’t know if I’m emotionally prepared for it though, lol

 

I’m going no matter what. It’s probably a once in a lifetime experience to see all three projects doing sets. I assume each band will only play songs from their era, so there will be deep cuts galore for Jack’s and AMITW. Plus, the “location.” It’ll be my first.

Did Andrew bleach his hair or did he go full Steve Martin the last few years??

 

He bleached it last year and seems to be sticking with it for now.

 

Just finished Three Pianos last night. With the context of that, the fact SoCo have recorded a new song together given their history and the in-band clashes they had at their peak is extraordinary and an example of the power of reflection and forgiveness.

 

Tbh I don’t love that it’s marketed as AMITW and Something Corporate. It gives me the impression that Andrew is considered somehow separate/more important than Soco.
