A first pressing of EIT is still one of my white whales, and it doesn’t look like it’s a special 20-year pressing. I’ve already got the other anniversary pressings of it so ordering the strings ep was a no brainer

Really enjoying this EP, though not quite feeling this version of Dark Blue.
Cool indicator of potential future plans....

 

What does it indicate?

 

The AltPress variant is VERY enticing. But I have the 10 year version and try hard not to double-dip...

 

I have the MOV clear variant and trying to exercise enough self control to not spend $50 on a more colorful copy

 

Everything In Transit is 20 years old today. Also, 20 years since Andrew’s life saving bone marrow transplant.

 

One of those albums that is just forever young to me. Can’t quite wrap my head around it being 20.

Somebody said (no intro) for Bruised and I have no idea what that means. What was different about it?

 

Yeah I have no idea what is meant by that. Didn't notice a difference when they performed it in Perth anyway.

 

Gotcha. Like, I guess I have seen them do a very very minimal musical intro for it, but it’s more of a fade in than anything I’d ever refer to as an intro.

 

Bruised hit so hard in Perth, I can add it to the list of very few songs to make me cry when I heard them live.

Jonas Brothers brought out Andrew for two songs at their show last night

 

I'm so mad, they brought out Dashboard, Cartel, and now Andrew and I think every other show got at least one guest... except my show. I knew what part of the setlist they bring out the guest, and when that moment passed, I was like ... uh hello?

 

Sum 41, simple plan, all time low, they're really going for it

 

I caught myself singing along to one of Andrew songs while walking through the aquarium with my son today, without even realizing it at first. A fun little surprise hearing him out in the wild and having that moment together.

 

They play Cecilia and the Satellite at my job.
