The Volume is still great tech and has its uses, but series like BoBF and Obi-Wan have made its limitations clear.

Okay yea, if they ditched the distracting winks to the OT and prequels that have hindered Rogue One and, well basically every non-TLJ Disney SW then count me in as hyped.

I really doubt it. They did that because they premiered it early for Celebration and they didn't want people getting spoiled. I'd love to be wrong though.
