MORE. THROAT. SINGING. the 4(?) consecutive shots following behind the characters has me more excited about the cinematography of a D+ show than any previous one. So sick
THIS LOOKS DOPE AF Same aesthetics as Rogue One (which of course is the best SW), so I'm realllllyyyy excited for this
damn I was just looking up when this is supposed to be out this month too. Guess its a good thing I canceled my D+ for the past few weeks already.
Diego was fantastic in Narcos: Mexico (check him out in the first two seasons if you can; great show about the rise of the cartels in Mexico)
Saw's guerilla fighters were one of the more interesting parts of Rogue One that I wish they had done more with, so I'm excited to explore that more.
I would just caution that the trailer for Obi-Wan also looked more like a movie... but it also ended up looking like a cheaper sci-fi tv show.
They confirmed that StageCraft tech (the Volume) wasn't used on the production. Which I have a sneaking suspicion that that plays a part in it looking more like a movie.
Agreed. It can be used to great effect in certain situations, but trying to use it as a substitute for green screen in all situations just doesn't work.
Just re-watched Rogue One last night, so I'm hyped for this right now. I also saw a report that they did not use the Volume in filming Andor, which has me intrigued.
