The show is just so fucking good. I can’t get over how good it is. Everything is phenomenal. But what about Kino? Is he the only one had to stay behind?
I haven't watched today's episode yet, but I can relate to this. I love both shows but this feels like a palate cleanser compared to Hot D. I'd actually live in this universe as opposed to dying in Westeros lol.
Feel like I'm just repeating myself, but incredible ep. Kino's speech intercut with all the prisoners rising up and escaping really got me. It's a stark contrast to see what the rebellion is like at that level compared to what we see at Mon's level. And Luthen's monologue was a great way to end the ep. Just so good.
I'm excited for when the ISB discovers who orchestrated the prison break. That realization should be devastating.
I'm curious where the prisoners go after they escape and swim to land. What's on this planet? I was under the impression that it's pretty barren and just used by the Empire for prisons. Does Andor break into an Imperial facility and steal a ship? Call for help?
What a fucking episode. The way the tension builds and builds, and to see it finally play out is amazing. Luthan's speech at the end was fucking grade-A writing and acting. The way the camera showed his face, the way he moved his face and head, to how he delivered his lines - might be hyperbole, but cinematically one of the best things I've seen in anything Star Wars, period. Can't wait for these final two episodes
Side note, what was the point of showing that very short scene on Ferrix? Literally nothing happened in that minute or two we were shown of that little town.
My guess is that it's probably setting up that Maarva is going to die, and Cinta is going to somehow get that news to Andor.
“Power doesn’t panic.” "I share my dreams with ghosts." “There is one way out. Right now, the building is ours. You need to run, climb, kill! You need to help each other. You see someone who’s confused, someone who is lost, you get them moving and you keep them moving until we put this place behind us. There are 5,000 of us. If we can fight half as hard as we’ve been working, we will be home in no time. One way out!”
Yeah, I think it could draw Andor back to Ferrix. Cinta and Corv are watching her home, hoping Cassian will return so that they can arrest or kill him.
I don’t know what else to say after every episode besides fuck this is good!! This is the good stuff!!
