Damn had a brain fart about the other aliens lol but it did still stick out to me with how few there have been And yeah easily one of the most brutal and "real" deaths I can think of in this franchise
I'm so happy this there are six more episodes for this season. Wild considering how lukewarm I was when this was announced.
I’m loving this. It’s the best SW content in a long time. Everything about it is leagues better than almost all other SW stuff. The characters are all so interesting, the pace of the story is great, the settings are so unique and beautiful. They’re just nailing everything
Gaaahhhhhh, Episode 7 was incredible. I think I might like it even more than episode 6, mainly because of how we get to see a bunch more of the inner workings of daily life in this universe. Some really good intrigue, emotion, the acting, visuals, everything. The best Star Wars series by a wide mile
Hey they saw people complaining about lack of aliens and leaned into it with the tourist planet. But seriously, another solid episode. Loving this show so much.
The stuff with Meero is getting interesting. Idk how to articulate why, but the meeting scenes with her colleagues and superiors are always compelling to watch. Karn's new job looks soul-sucking lol. When they briefly showed his screen, it kind of reminded me of Severance in that the work somehow looks menial and complicated at the same time.
I could watch an entire hour of either Mon Mothma talking about her “extreme politics” and what she learned from Palpatine or an hour of Luthen basically repeating/explaining Leia’s line to Tarkin in A New Hope.
Yea loved this one. The bickering session between Dedra and Blevin was so great. The major just benched Blevin. Also I will always be paying attention to collars in Star Wars from now on. Gotta figure out who’s trying too hard. Everything with Cassian and Marva was heartbreaking too, but really well done. Plus the flashbacks of what happened to Clem hit very hard. My only complaint is that I could have used a little more time with life on space Miami. For a show that hasn’t been afraid to take its time, that bit felt rushed.
