Yeah I don't usually listen to leaks but I couldn't resist those. Mac is one of the few deceased artists ever that I actually want posthumous releases from, he apparently had like 100 shelved albums

I especially want to hear Circles, his supposed followup to Swimming that was apparently pretty much done

 

yup, same feelings. if Mac didn't want his Madlib collab or the like dozens of albums he made working on GO:OD AM released, that's his choice and I'm fine with that being respected and that music staying in the vaults. but he wanted Circles to be released, was 85-90% done with it, was intending it to be the counterpoint to Swimming, and for all we know he definitely would have released it had he not passed. I hope the label/family decide to release that when they feel ready to.

As much as I love this album, AP's three best tracks this year have been other peoples songs. Giannis, More and RNP are so so good.

 

Also, is that Free Nationals album ever gonna come out?
