I would love so much for them to come back. They were still doing so well when it ended.

LOL @ the New Surrender 10 year joke. By far their worst.

 

I mean, I'd be okay with them getting back together, but I know there are probably tons of people who would be pissed given how much they spent on the band's farewell tour/merch.

 

I wouldn’t be pissed... I would love new music from them, or tours or shows or anything like that, but it would be hard to believe anything they might say about the future of the band if they come back after making their end so final.

 

I sincerely doubt it's anything but hanging out with friends. But this is why I hated the finality of it all. You can close the door without bolting it shut!

 

I'm trying not to read too much into it. It would almost feel wrong for them to come back with how big a deal they made about how they weren't going to be one of those acts that reforms in a few years. But would I be there if they came out with new music? 100%

 

All they would have to say for me to be onboard is, "Sorry, we didn't realize how much we would miss it".

 

I always think it's strange that fans would be mad at a band for coming back. The things I'd do for an MCR reunion.

 

I love that Thrice came back! The Farewell poster I got hanging feels kinda weird haha, but besides that I got to see an awesome show where they went all out for the setlist.

Same with Anberlin's farewell set, it was amazing. Just think of it as an awesome tour and welcome them back with open arms!

listened to Lowborn today for the first time in a long time. still really good, I think I underrated it actually

 

They are such trolls and I love and hate it at the same time haha

 

They really are haha. Especially Stephen. Love em though.

 

I flew from Australia and followed the tour from Seattle to the end. No regrets whatsoever.

 

Hearing Voices is so. damn. good.

 

Realized I never posted, I was at this big "edgier" Christian festival all last weekend and Sunday had Stephen leading worship with his band, giving a sermon on failure, then playing some Anberlin songs acoustic and it was all just fantastic!

This was before the picture of them all hanging out and everything, but Stephen did keep referring to Anberlin as "his old band" so I'm not really expecting anything to really come out of this.

 

Lowborn is great. My third favorite after Vital and Cities.

 

I’ve just accepted no band that says they’re breaking up is really dead.
