Art of War is great sonically, and the bridge is one of the highlights of the entire record, but the lyrics are some of my least favorite in Anberlin's entire discography. They're take me out of the song a bit.
Yeah I agree with the lyrics and they are pretty "highschool" and cheesy but the other points you made are why I love it so much!
Yeah if the lyrics were as layered as the song itself, it'd probably be my favorite on the record. The fact that the song sounds so terrific makes the lyrics that much more frustrating for me.

Take Me (As You Found Me) Really hard to vote against Art of War though. I think I'm partial to Take Me because of the great live album version too
Art of War starts out so strong, but that chorus is about as bland of a melody/lyrical combo as you can come up with. Song drags. The first minute of the song is straight fire though.
