the chorus of Ready Fuels is the closest Matty has ever sounded to Stephen, but I don't really see that as a good thing, just weird haha

I finally heard Maddy Fuels… I’m just gonna say it, I actually like it

 

Take him away, boys.

 

It's better than the NTFP re-recordings for three reasons:

1) Mandy's voice doesn't sound as processed. I still don't love it, but he at least sounds human here.

2) His pronunciation is a little reined in and he sounds a bit more like Stephen, which makes the band sound more like Anberlin.

3) Ready Fuels is a solid song, but it's no Paperthin Hymn or Dance Dance Christa Paffgen, so seeing it tampered with isn't as jarring or heartbreaking.

Unpopular, but this situation is still salvageable if Matty works on his songwriting, the band records original music, and they don't lay a finger on Cities.

 

Can't wait for Inevitable (Maxy's Version).
