Anberlin was just announced as support for Yellowcard's tour this summer on a slew of dates. I expect this to line up with a separate Anberlin headlining tour after it.

 

Cities is 16 today. The same age that I was when it came out

 

I was 20. But thanks for giving me an excuse to jam the album.

 

I realized I never actually listened to all the livestream recordings they released. I suppose this is a good week to do that.

They’re so good. I love that you can listen to a pro recorded live version of every one of their songs. Well, minus Silverline now. But you get it haha

 

need to do this but with the vinyl for each one. from the few clips i've heard when testing the records out, the quality is amazing.

 

would've loved a B-sides show from them too, lol.

 

Cities really does hold up remarkably well.

 

It truly does. Definitely a Top-5 album of-all-time for me.

 

Still my favourite of all time. Probably always will be

 

Not sure about top 5, but definitely top 10. Dismantle/Repair is easily one of my favorite songs ever.

I was like 14 when cities came out, fell in love with it instantly

 

Favorite album of all-time. Was when I was 15. Still is at 29.

 

And produced so well, still sounds incredible on headphones

 

I remember buying it at Best Buy on release day. I initially went in to get The Showdown's Temptation Come My Way, and ended up getting Cities too because it was like, $7.99. One of those albums was a very good purchase, the other was not.

Looks like Stephen has 14 songs done for a new Anchor & Braille album is coming out this Fall.
