Hmmm. Fair point, esp live it sounds like he yell/screams the chorus and it sounds great. They are always better live than on record. I still stand by my post though. More Vital peez
I really like Lowborn. A whole, whole lot. I like Vital better, I suppose. But I’m nothing but happy with the ‘farewell’ album.
I think Vital is Anberlin firing on every cylinder they have, maybe more than any other record, but I’ll be darned if the diversity of Lowborn just doesn’t appeal more to my personal tastes. Still second behind Cities for me.
There's something missing with Lowborn and it kind of feels disconnected. Probably due to them all recording separately during the making of. Vital is Anberlin reborn imo and still needs a proper follow up.....

Ditto, to Vital. Really love every song and they knocked it out. Wish Lowborn was longer though They sure got me! So glad I get another chance to see them. Last time was in 2013 I think?

agreed about Stephen's album they're already touring in June with Hawthorne I love this one. It'd be cool to hear at VIP same VIP for MN, standard for CLE!
