I don't like that that website polls whether or not she did it. That isn't the most interesting question in the film; the question is how the kid did or did not exonerate his mother, why, and the long-term relationship dynamics that would come from that. I don't know how it works in France, but you can't get a conviction in that case with that "evidence". Even if they had a recording where she said "tomorrow I am going to hit him in the head and then throw him out the window while my son is on a walk" that does not overcome the burden of proof.
