Greasy Strangler is essential viewing. Super excited for this

Watching it now. Greasy Strangler is one of my all time favorites.

 

This is a feel good romance in the way the Greasly Strangler is a horror movie. Fucking bizarre, but doesn't really get anywhere near the level of the Greasy Strangler. The cast is great and they're all really good in this, but I really prefer the weird, unknown actors he finds for the smaller roles. It's almost distracting seeing somebody as big as Craig Robinson in a Hoskins' movie.

Bummed Michael St Michael's wasn't in it

(seeing my previous post in this thread makes it look like I didn't love this, admittedly I was fucked out of my head and barely remember it but I do remember liking it. Excited to rewatch it)
