I just watched the unedited opening, and while there's only really about 30 seconds of difference, I totally get why they made the edits

 

I'm sad that we're not going to see more of Leslie. I love her.

I don't know what to put in spoilers so I do it for almost every post just incase. Sorry if it's annoying. lol

 

Hoping she'll show up in a few time jumps.

Also, I'm starting to have trouble believing that one cop has the power to cover up all of these crimes. The forensic evidence at all of these murder scenes should be huge. Ivy's DNA should be all over that one bathroom after she puked, etc

 

Should I watch the edited or nonedited version?

 

From what I watched, it's a 30 second difference that essentially is seeing people get shot or not

 

I don't get how the zodiac killer can be a group of people. Wasn't he in AHS Hotel??

Theory time
So kai working with this chick makes sense... the zodiac killings took place way before andy Warhol was killed. I think that it goes with the theme this season of fake news, people will believe whatever they hear. They didn’t even bother to fact check what she was telling them, they just reacted.

 

Wow, didn't look up the dates myself. Good call.

 

Hmmm Warhol didn't die when he was shot, though. He was shot by Valerie in June of 1968 and the Zodiac killings started that December.

 

It's funny, when you look up Valerie in Wikipedia, it's quite apparent that the writers of AHS just read the SCUM/Warhol section of her wiki and called it a day lol

 

Maybe you're all correct in one way or another. It's possible that Frances Conroy's character looked up Valerie on Wikipedia and spread fake news that SCUM was behind Zodiac. Or, perhaps less likely, the Zodiac Killer we saw in Hotel was actually a member of SCUM.

 

When did this season get so goofy

 

Fucking DIED at All-4-One. That was an all-timer for this show.

 

You saw my tweet. I lost my gotdamn mind lmao. Whole episode was bonkers.

 

So this season is clearly top three at this point, right? I know that's not exactly saying much, but aside from the usual missteps I've come to expect from AHS, I feel like Roanoke rejuvinated the series and convinced them to experiment with the format and really embrace the campiness of it all.

 

Murder House is my favorite, but this isn't far behind. Unless this goes drastically off the rails then this will easily be a top 3 season. I honestly have no real clue where the rest of the season is gonna go.


Where the fuck has the kid been for all this?

 

I think Murder House, Coven, and maybe Roanoke are better than this season, but it is a pretty good one. As long as it's better than Freakshow was, I should be content enough lol.

On a somewhat related note, I just watched Coven for the first time and binged it all on Sunday. Really liked it, idk why it seems to get some negative feedback from some people.

 

Coven is great, the ending is just a little rushed imo
