Two fantastic episodes in a row.

 

omfg the thing that finally broke Ivy was Ally voting for Jill Stein

 

Just finished last nights episode, probably one the series best episodes imo.. AHS at its finest. I was biting on a couch pillow during a lot of it haha

 

This episode was so fucking gory

 

Yea this is one of the better seasons.

 

Definitely one of my favorite seasons. Also think this most recent episode was the best so far this season. Evan Peters continues to impress.

 

So here's my thing of the week that shouldn't bother me but does. Kai's throwaway line about seeing a movie called Paradise Lost once. He was a religious studies major, and he's not familiar with the West Memphis Three and the huge amount of satanic bullshit they introduced in those guys' trials? Fuckin millennials. :p

Solid statement/decision by Murphy and I'm glad to see both versions will be available

 

Finally watched last weeks episode. Very happy with this season so far. Definitely stands among the best. It's done really really good so far of not bogging itself down with unnecessary nonsense, and with answering questions but still leaving some mystery. Right now my biggest question is whether Meadow was just attempting to further mess with Ally or if she actually turned against the cult. The way Harrison brushes it off when Ivy asks about it definitely suggests that maybe she really was killed, but then it seems strange to me that Kai would ask them to kill the one member of the cult, but then would keep it secret that they kill Meadow. So who knows. Also, now that Meadow told Ally that Ivy was in the cult, I really hope she actually believes it and it allows her to move forward as a character.

And it may not have been heavy on the horror this episode, but it was certainly heavy on the gore. Some really uncomfortable scenes to watch.

Murphy is definitely making the right choice editing this episode, and it was smart to get out ahead of it and let people know before the episode airs. That's a tricky grey area, and I think they navigated it well. Can't pretend I'm not curious to see how graphic they got with it on the unedited version though.

After disliking the first episode so much, I'm continuously floored by how good the rest of this season has been. This will probably end up being my favorite season unless there is a drastic drop off coming

 

Yeah it's almost unbelievable how good the last three episodes have been

 

The last few episodes have been really fantastic, and insane
