I’ve been having the feeling a Mike Kinsella release was going to be announced this winter. Glad my intuition was right!

Kinda surprised a new AF album is coming out before a new Owen one. Not complaining though!

I'm in the minority of those who really like LP2. But I like that this is different.

 

This song still feels like new AF but also feels a lot darker and more vibey. At least that’s what I’m getting based off of this song.

 

I think I like this more than anything on LP2

 

first listen opinion here but this is probably better than anything on LP2 and better than like, half of LP1

Excited to hear the single today. Wasnt huge on the last one tbh but I might’ve honestly expected too much of an LP1 rehash

 

I dig it. I'd put it on par with their other releases so far for me, because it's so dreary and atmospheric...and just different while still being in line with the rest of their discography.

Pre-ordered the early bird LP as well.

 

Wow, this is an incredible song. Honestly might dig it more than anything on LP2 already. Really stoked for this album, and curious to hear the Hayley Williams feature.
