At least she has a super thick, hard to understand sometimes accent, so it'll work. I watched Blow last week, so I hope she goes that route.
I feel like the second season will never actually air, just a whole lot of casting and theme news haha
To me, the appeal of the first season was the OJ case. I'm not as interested in Versace or Katrina stories. I wouldn't be surprised if the ratings dive next season.
I fee like a lot of the commentary on race and class inequality inherent to the Katrina story will just feel like a retread of the first season. And with the third season, well, I have no idea how that isn't just a superficial true crime reenactment (although I'm admittedly not super familiar with those circumstances).

Maya Rudolph or GTFO.... seriously though I vaguely remember the murder being played out on TV. I was on vacation with the fam and for a number of years there was always a big story while we were at the Jersey Shore... this, JFK Jr.'s plane going down, Woodstock 99
haha well there ya go. It's been so weird having so much Versace information but little to none about Katrina, so I'm not surprised
Yea the Versace story seems much more focused rather than a broad depiction of the events during and after Katrina.
Finally got around to watching this. Sooo good. I watched just after the OJ 30 for 30 series and it was crazy to see just how close everything was to what actually happened. It was also a little funny to see the juxtaposition of the documentary to the more dramatized tv show. I may be in the minority on this, but I loved Travolta. He was so over the top, it was great.
They switched places. Versace will be season 2 and Katrina will be season 3 (for now at least. they seem to be having issues so maybe it'll be replaced by something else).
I still remember when all that happened, it was years later that I found out what all happened and I was shocked.
