highly recommend this one. hauntingly beautiful and wistful stuff. the story behind the album's creation is wild.
I'm sure that's been interesting for you dude makes some of the strangest (but very cool) stuff in the genre IMO.
I listened to his most recent one, Requiem For Recycled Earth. Dude takes you all over the place! Some of the bits he throws in are... how should I put this?... atonal as fuck!
New Jogging House from yesterday. 4 long 24+ minutes pieces. Jogging House - Flaws Also bought a bunch of stuff on bandcamp Friday that I am still parsing through. Here is one I really like: Kim's Spirit - Blossom Everywhere
Echoing the thanks above. This thread is a gift. I haven't found much lately on my own, but I've got a big backlog in my Bandcamp wishlist to work through. Super excited for that new Fujita.
Ya, Silent Season is a fantastic label. If you haven't already, follow them on Instragram. They post beautiful photos of Canada.
really looking forward to this. first single is kind of folky ffo grouper type stuff. second is a 13 minute drone track.
Easily my most anticipated album of the year so far. Hands in Our Names is still regularly getting spins.
Double post, but here is another great one, a collaboration between Andrew Tuttle & Padang Food Tigers. Andrew Tuttle & & Padang Food Tigers - A Cassowary Apart Same label (Bedroom Suck from Australia) also released this one last year that I really liked. Blue Divers - Blue Divers
The new Pauline Anna Strom is beautiful. It's out there if you look hard enough. If you loved Mary Lattimore or Ana Roxanne's releases from 2020, this is for you folks. RIP Pauline.
