Everyone puts their stuff up at reasonable prices or even name your price, and KBD goes and asks for $20. One more reason to dislike the guy. I'm all for paying artists, but come on. Heck, the complete Past Inside The Present discography was $20, just for comparison.
If you're a Jim O'Rourke fan or just an experimental music fan, I'd highly suggest reading this massive interview with O'Rourke. This seems like the sort of thing you all would enjoy.
The new Okkyung Lee is stunning. Literally flawless. I really want to say I get excited anytime Shelter Press releases something.
The new Marja Ahti is fantastic. Lately been listening to a lot of older ambient-adjacent things. This one is like folktronica-ambient-jazz. RIYL: Laraaji, classic Eno, Visible Cloaks(???), Roedelius These two are more organic trip-hop/downtempo with ambient vibes. RIYL: the recent Four Tet album, late BoC.
Out today. The Kid was incredible and took a huge leap with her sound. So pumped to hear where she goes with this one.

Lights & Motion - The Great Wide Open has been a great spin today. can't wait to listen to this while driving, the weather is perfect for this
This came out of nowhere. Out on the same label that put out the new Clarice Jensen LP last month. 10/10 sound design. Amazing shit.
Catching up with the last few posts. The Luke Schneider album is absolutely magical. Major GAS vibes.
