listened to screws and spaces and loved them (spaces, especially!). I don't know why I couldn't get into him in the past.

also, I think I like AIA and previous Grouper stuff better than the more piano-driven sound of the last albums - still like it, just the more abstract stuff suited
me better

 

I also think i prefer the more abstract sound, though that more recent two-song Paradise Valley release is amazing
