Welp, missed the My American Heart pre-order, but at least I snagged this!

 

Love this album and for whatever reason this CD sounds the best as far as sound quality goes of any I have ever heard. Kudos to whoever produced this but the drums especially sound so crisp and perfect on this album.

Thanks....what are some other notable releases he worked on, would like to check them out.

 

Hopefully this is a legit pre-order! For me, trying to obtain this vinyl is like getting a classic snes mini preorder lol

Thanks, wow had no idea he worked on these, I'm very familiar with most of the earlier albums, not so much on the more recent stuff.

okay i don't know where else to post this, but jake the bassist for northstar has passed away. i'm completely shocked

 

I was just at my local record store and there was a transparent green original pressing of Is This Thing Loaded. Not a huge fan but with all these posts it was interesting to run across...

 

Yeah, I don't think this is happening. I asked my local record store if they were getting any copies. They said that they are not aware of any reissue or pressing of Pollyanna.

However, they did say that their label just changed distributors and they entered everything in as new releases. So that leaves Amazon's metadata system to pick it up and show it as a new release.

Sad.
