Definitely top tier, probably settling in top 4 or so for me

 

I still have 6 songs left on my first listen and this sounds fucking lovely. Might be my favorite album of theirs already.

 

"Tile by Tile" is lowkey the biggest banger on the album. Goosebumps every time those strings come in after the first chorus.

 

I love the way the band kicks in halfway through that first chorus

 

alright now that i've had time to sit on this for a week i'm convinced this is their best album.

from front to back, every song is such a massive flex. the stretch from very online guy to lottery noises is absurd.

 

frankly this is aoty and maybe a decade contender for me

every song has a moment that would be discog defining for most other bands but is just another moment here somehow

 

Tile by Tile has a Gwen Stefani melody that took me forever to pinpoint. Love that.

this is definitely in my top 5 for the year. Convinced me to fly out from Florida and buy a ticket for their Philly show!

 

I've listened to this at least 3 times a day this week.

This album has been on constant repeat. Legitimately one of the best of the year, up there, neck & neck, with DCFC for me.
