so straight up dreams tonite is the best song they've written i think

 

This record is going to top the phenomenal debut, I already know it

 

i probably listened to dreams tonite 50 times since it came out

did i tell you how good of a song dreams tonite is

 

I like both the songs released a lot but neither has connected with me like anything off the debut yet.

 

Really digging both new songs

 

Wow, like this one almost as much as Dreams Tonite

 

Maybe my favorite of the three

 

They're having a listening party in Toronto on Tuesday. They're playing the album while you ride a street car. Snagged a ticket for it this morning.

 

holy shit, this record is gonna be incredible if its as strong as these singles

 

I was a bit late to this band. Pretty good listen

 

So I went to the listening party tonight and the album is obviously very good! It still fits within the Alvvays sound but there's definitely more branching out on this album. One of the songs starts off sounding like New Order and it's probably my favorite of the unreleased track. Members of the band hopped on throughout the streetcar trip too, which was super cool and gave such good vibes. Molly was serving us pizza and the bassist came on later and everyone got free t-shirts. It was a shame that sometimes it was too loud to make out the lyrics, but it was such a fun, energizing experience.

Just listened to the s/t yesterday and enjoyed it a lot. Excited for this

 

I've listened to s/t more than any other album that's come out since its release. Cannot wait for this record, even more so now that I know they renamed New Haircut and it did make it after all!

most hyped album of the year for me and I know npr streams sound good but I'm going to wait until I can get the wavs tonight.
