    For legal purposes regarding the Austin Carlile accusations, the story couldn’t run as it was told. As a female-led, lgbtq+ editorial staff, we’re going to reopen this & find the answers you’re looking for. We do not condone any of the accusations & this story WILL be heard.

    This appears to be in reference to this Twitter thread and Instagram post (cw: sexual assault).

    Grateful that being someone who was in high school during his most popular years, I never cared for any band he was involved in. Feel like even before this scene gave a shit about morality, he was widely known among many to be a fuckwad and predator. Honestly had thought he had fallen off the face of the earth but no. Here he is, following the religious trend that we see TIME AND TIME again by abusers/manipulators/rapists finding god and forgiving themselves in his name because they know no other community will accept them when the truth comes out.

    Let's see this guy go to jail please.
