Such a classic! One of my favourite pop punk albums! I would love a repress of the vinyl. I missed the one Mutant League released years back.
Sometime you can grab one for a decent price on Discogs. In the last few months I’ve seen them go for between $35 - $55. It’s rare but it happens!
It’s at least worth doing that. Ive been able to grab a few things for decent prices that way. Possibly more than some would spend. But that’s a thing you have to decide. But having it on a list at least gives you the notification!
Man would I love to see them live again... only time I did was at the What It Is To Burn album release show at HOB Anaheim. And had no idea they made a new vid for Somewhere Down On Fullerton a couple years back.
So jealous for this show. I saw them a couple years ago with MXPX (All Stars) in Washington DC and they were so solid still.
I am too. Especially with Tony Lavato opening. Would have been so fun, but I just couldn't make the show work with travel + kids + other stuff lol.
yeah it was from a best of compilation, they re-recorded that song and all the other DTR songs for it. just the songs from their last two albums remained the same AND there are 4 new songs on it that are awesome and worth checking out! my favorite of the 4 new ones is 'back to brookline' Allister (pop punk) release greatest hits ‘Twenty Years And Counting’ (dyingscene.com)
Wow that's awesome. I really like that version of it too. Damn, now I'm especially sad I couldn't make that show.
Yeah I dig Scott’s vocals on the bridge & in the harmonies! They resurrect themselves every 4-5 years it seems so try and make the next one if you can! Before this past show I last saw them in 2019!
Agreed. Scott's vocals were a very nice touch. Did they sing it that way live? That's good to know. I haven't kept a close eye on the band honestly, so good to know that likely wasn't the last chance to see them!
yeah they perform it that way live now with both tim & scott singing it! but yah im local so i generally hear when stuff pops up, if you have twitter follow tim on there, he posts regularly! Tim Allister (@HumbugRog) / Twitter
