IIRC, Future Hearts has been out for two years and SWIR turns ten this year. Could either be an alternate version of Future Hearts, a new record, or some SWIR anniversary tour/rerelease.

Well, they've generally been on an every two years release cycle, so I would've expected a new album probably by the summer

 

Maybe an expanded edition sort of how they did "Don't Panic... It's Longer Now"?

 

That's the best guess yet, I'm definitely leaning towards that now

 

I thought of that too, but to do that two years later seems weird.

 

Wasn't Straight to DVD II basically just a deluxe version of Future Hearts?

The event page for All Time Low's australian tour at one point mentioned a new single in February (it appears to have been removed now, but trust me, it was there), so it's probably that, at least.

Still think it's odd if it is a new album to have the same art scheme as FH, but hey if that's the case I won't be complaining

 

Maybe it's the band's new logo? Kinda like the Blink smiley.
