All Time Low: Ten Years Later and it’s Still Nothing Personal Tour

Thought I would make a thread for these shows since tickets went on sale today.

 

2nd date added to both Chicago and New Jersey

 

Got tix to second Chicago show. This album is my favorite ATL album, so I am hyped.

 

THIRD date added for Jersey

 

Got tickets for the first day in NJ. Super stoked for this.

 

Got tickets for LA.

 

3rd Chicago and 2nd LA dates added

 

Oops, going twice.

 

Sucks that Baltimore didn't get a SWIR show or a NP show.

 

This would have been a cool tour

It would be an awesome tour but ATL is the type of band just to do a few shows to celebrate an album and not do a full tour on them which sucks a bit

 

I mean it sucks from a perspective of “I never got to see SWIR” but I’d definitely rather them keep the momentum going forward rather than becoming a nostalgia band. Especially because they’re on such a good streak right now with LYR and Everything Is Fine/Birthday

 

All 8 shows (2 in LA, 3 in Chicago, 3 in NJ) sold out today.

 

I have two tickets to their Friday show 12/27 at Starland looking to trade for two tickets to their Saturday show.

 

Is there an opening act on these shows?

 

I believe they only had a DJ playing before their set on the SWIR anniversary shows so I would assume similar here.

 

Yeah in the past ATL hasn’t had an opener when they did shows like this. Like back in 2015 when they did a special show at Starland they showed “Straight to DVD” on the screen before they came out.

 

If anyone has an extra to the Starland Saturday show I am willing to pay you greatly :)

 

What a bullshit "tour"

 

I don’t think they ever said this was a tour or they would tour off this album for its anniversary. These are just a couple one off shows to celebrate the album. Don’t really understand the anger.

 

This is about what I would expect from them. They've been very vocal about not wanting to become a nostalgia band, so just doing a few shows to celebrate the 10 year anniversary is a good balance IMO.

 

Tbh the bullshit part is how much they love to play Starland Ballroom in NJ but no love for Maryland

 

Then why re-record the whole album?

 

It's only 2.5 hours away from Baltimore!
