Blanco is so good. Little Motor is one of my favourite songs this year. I think I posted that in another thread this week.

 

Any time the subject comes up I will recommend Perdo The Lion/David Bazan. All your favorite bands love/listen to him people.

 

I wish I could hear this band for the first time again, they are special. Excited for this lp.

 

I still haven't jammed The Season. Waiting until I can get it and Movement in lossless.

The Season is so good. For some reason I never got around to listening to Movement last year so I'm about to give that my first listen!

 

I love Orchestra.

 

What is everyone's opinion on their self titled album? Or is it technically an EP?

 

It's how I first discovered the band and how I first fell in love with them. It's great.

I'm not a huge fan of it, I think it sounds like he was sill finding his way as a song writer. There are great moments on it though, kind of like it never goes out by the hotelier you can hear flashes of brilliance

Loved move in place - one of my favourite unexpected discoveries from 2015. Lots of similarities with AGO

 

What variant of Movement should I grab on vinyl?

Would buying this provide an instant download of the album from Bandcamp?

I just don't have the money to grab both the vinyl and a digital copy, especially when I'm thinking of grabbing The Season too (despite having not listened to it yet).

Edit: I see The Season vinyl comes with immediate download... hmmm. Hope it's a Bandcamp link.

Also variant-wise I went with the purple because itms the rarest variant so far, but I believe there are some first press copies available? They look dope.

 

I think right now AGO, Brand New, & Portugal. The Man are my most anticipated releases left this year! They have all finished their albums and none have said a word about it except they're done. I can't wait anymore! Can't I at least get an album cover so I can change my Avatar?
