holy shit that's amazing. As far as i know he hasn't played let me go in a minute. Closed out with ATX both times i have seen them since the album was released.
It's what I was hoping for too, and it didn't disappoint. Let Me Go would have been great too, but he's toured and closed with that song for so many years that it was nice to get a change. And the climax of ATX was a super cathartic way to end an awesome set.
They played ATX and Sans last night and I was so happy. My legs and back are killing me today, but damn was it worth it. Also, they have a cool hat at the merch table, buy it.
Nathan mixed and mastered this, so lucky to have been able to work with him! Out of Service - 'What We Take With Us' (Album Premiere) • chorus.fm
Listening now. Nathan was fiddling around on the guitar and started playing Sowing Season for a few seconds. It brought me joy.
Haha me too!!! Also him talking about those mixing sessions and knowing he's partially referring to my band
A lineup where MO is somehow the worst live band would be one for the ages. Did he hint that it would be BN and MO, or did he just say he might be doing his dream tour? I would think his dream tour would actually be Bazan and Wallflowers.
lol that just isn't true I may like brand new and ago more than Manchester but they may be the best live set I've ever seen
Haha it was a joke, but I do think AGO and Brand New are better live than MO. And MO is absolutely incredible live. It just speaks to how great the other two are.
Haha may be a taste thing My all time favorite live bands are Thrice Manchester Brand new All get out
Replace Thrice with Fleet Foxes and you have mine. I was lucky enough to see Colour Revolt a few times too, and they were up there.
Living in a Canadian city that isn't Toronto, Montreal, or Vancouver has really hurt my concert viewing... I saw O'Brother in a room with like 2 other fans and 5 bar staff members right before they released Garden Window.
