How do we blow this band up?

 

Been trying for 15 years tbh

 

Found a couple articles discussing the new album. Sounds like will be further continuation of the Kodak sound, as some of y’all have mentioned and as Come Back Around signals.

I’m here for it, just hope they still keep some moments of aggression. Really enjoyed when those peeked through on Feeling Well and AA Almanac from Kodak.

Couldn't agree more with the post above. Just give me a few throwback moments.

 

Out of pocket and windows 98 should scratch that itch for you. But there’s plenty of “big” moments, just probably different than what you’re used to hearing from them. I really love the record.

 

We can talk about hearing the album now?

 

Not sure, but I’m sure a little hyping isn’t the worst thing lol..

 

Yeah the album is great. Can't wait for you all to hear it.

This band peaked for me with The Season and Let Me Go specifically…do they have any songs past that record that hit just as hard?

 

Several, but AA almanac came to mind first

just got sucked into no bouquet, thinking i’d just listen to the first few tracks. that record is underrated

 

This studio version definitely sounds different than what I expected after hearing it acoustic and I love it!

This record can’t come soon enough.

Guitar sounds great, but again, can hardly tell that there's vocals behind it.

 

I love this song so much. Funny story, right before Nate went on stage, we were talking about dealing with old shitty computers. When he announced that title I thought he was trolling me.

 

Listened to both songs on my headphones and I don't hear any problem with the vocals.

 

The vocals are definitely less up front than previous records IMO but I don’t mind it anymore. It was a little jarring at first though.

I have not listened with headphones yet so I will try that before complaining further :)

 

Sleep paralysis is probably the closest thing we will ever get to shoegaze all get out, and I LOVE it
